HOUSE BILL NO. 372 "An Act relating to the four dam pool                       
transfer fund" was read the second time.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 372 be advanced to third reading and placed on final                  
passage.  Senator Duncan objected.
